Egg Fertility & Extra Eggs
Our eggs are gathered as soon as they are laid, in the evening, and stored properly (skinny end down, rotated, unwashed, 50-degree temperature). We have had customers with hatch rates as high as 98% and as low as 13%. Hatching is difficult, especially for shipped eggs from any seller. Most shipped eggs have a 50% hatchability rate due to the shipping process so expect that rate, it's very hard on the eggs. We do not provide a guaranteed hatching rate. Complimentary extra eggs are provided to help compensate the rough way USPS handles eggs during the shipping process. How many depends on what we have on hand.

Egg Shipments
We ship USPS Priority Mail 1-3 Business Days. We ship in the order received (no cuts in line). Shipments can vary from the next day to ten business days. You will be notified via email by PayPal when your eggs have shipped, and a tracking number will be provided through PayPal. We do not monitor weather in destination cities, please be advised that if it is too cold/hot where you live, we suggest you wait to order until the weather in your area is more reasonable. We ship our eggs the same day or next day they have been laid. Eggs do not lose fertility until after the 10th day. Please allow time for USPS to make their deliveries. No international sales please. We do not ship with heat or cold packs. (We do not ship bunnies.)

Baby Bunnies
Our baby bunnies go home at 8 weeks of age. A 50% deposit is required to hold a bunny. Once the deposit is received we email a Sales Agreement. Bunnies are all first come, first served and all bunny sales are final. The agreed upon pickup date and location is stated in your Sales Agreement.

Returns/Refunds
I'm sorry but there are absolutely no returns or refunds. Buyer assumes the risk of purchasing shipped hatching eggs. All egg and bunny sales are final.

Incubation, Animal Care, and Breeding
Although each box of fertile eggs comes with hatching instructions, please ensure you have conducted proper incubation research prior to purchase. Additionally, please conduct chick brooding, animal care, and breeding advice prior to purchase - we do not provide this information.

Farm Tours & Local Pickup
We are very careful with the health of our farm animals and because disease can spread on clothing and shoes, we do not allow people to visit our farm. For egg orders, we sometimes offer local pickup for very large orders, but often we are unfortunately too busy to meet locally as we both work full time and have small children.

Feed Recommendations
We our quails we feed Purina Gamebird Starter 20% protein and for our bunnies we feed Manna Pro Select Series SHO Formula. We always recommend a calcium supplement for quails and hay/alfalfa for our bunnies.

Proceeds & About US
We are a small hobby farm. We both work full time and have small children in sports. As you can imagine after PayPal takes their cut, USPS theirs, coupled with the costs of shipping materials, feeding & caring for the birds, and federal taxes; there isn't much profit to be had in this hobby. However, if we do manage to turn a profit all proceeds go 100% to the college funds of our two sons and we sincerely thank you for that!!!
